This book provides practical information about clay and its usage. It also includes experiences in the treatment of illnesses, both personal and those of others, that is authentic and first hand. The narratives are autobiographical in style since first-hand accounts are usually more moving than an impersonal third person view. The inherent healing qualities of mud were recognized by Mahatma Gandhi, the ‘Sleeping prophet’ Egdar Cayce, in Indian households, tribes in Africa, in Australia and the people of the Andes Mountains for centuries. Yet, there has been no information that is available for the average citizen. This study by Anjou Musafir and Pascal Chazot will, we hope, contribute towards better understanding and usage of an age-old remedy on the cure of diseases. The Sarvodaya International Trust, dedicated to the ideas of Mahatma Gandhi, is glad to publish this study by Anjou Musafir and Pascal Chazot and hope it will serve to alleviate many of the problems of ill health.
